Payment Instructions
Payment instructions are reported in the PAYMENT FORM. Payment of registration fees should be made in EURO.

Please indicate your name and send a copy of the transaction to the treasurer of MESAEP.

Personal cheques or credit cards other than those indicated above will not be accepted. Receipts of the payment will be issued by the MESAEP Secretariat in the registration desk in Bari, Italy.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing to the Secretariat. The following refund policy will apply: Refunds will be granted until August 15th, 2009, less a processing fee (20% after bank or 40% after credit card payment). No refunds will be granted after August 15th, 2009.

VAT - Number
We have got some requests about our VAT-Number.
With this, we can assure, that the organisation MESAEP e.V. is not obliged to pay sales taxes. Accounting to this, there ist no VAT-Number present.

Information about the Card Verification Code
A so-called "card-verification code" has been added to the rear of the card to help improve security when the credit card is not physically presented to the merchant. The value can be found in the signature field, following the printed replica of the credit card number embossed on the front of the plastic.
